' If you have chosen the automatic install you can go to the software option in your control panel to uninstall ASAP Utilities. If so, when searching can you find any of the files mentioned on this site eg: If Shg or Roy's suggestions don't help maybe these questions/comments will help focus the search:įirst one may be a dumb question (sorry, I don't know any btter from here) but, - You mentioned that you've 'tried all the options on the ASAP site', are these options the ones listed on the below page? I typed all the above & then I re- (properly!) read your first post. If not, you may be able to uninstall it through Start Menu - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. The version of ASAP utilities that I'm running has put a folder on the start menu with an 'uninstall Asap Utilities' option but I think I chose to have it placed on the start menu.
